This special exhibition brought together for the first time the six sketches known to date created by the greatest masters of the Venetian Renaissance (Veronese, Tintoretto, Bassano, Palma il Giovane and Federico Zuccaro) during the competition held by the Serenissima to decorate part of the Hall of the Great Council of the Doges’ Palace.
