The large anthology commonly known as the Livre des Saint-Aubin (or Book of the Saint-Aubin) is one of the most famous collections of drawings from the 18th century. It features over 280 drawings by members of the Saint-Aubin family, sometimes including vignettes, portraits and sketches on the same page, with a happy blend of black, pastel and watercolor.
